Rob Grant
A passionate leader with entrepreneurial
vision and proven business discipline who has consistently delivered substantial shareholder value and business growth over 30 years in large-scale clean energy project development, financing, delivery and operations. Rob has led a wide range of large-scale energy projects across Asia Pacific and the Americas. Rob has held leadership roles as Director of Energy at Fortescue Metals Group, SVP APAC at SNC Lavalin and CEO at Pacific Hydro. He currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Projects at Pollination and is also on the Board of Directors of Western Power.
Tom Blackwell
Tom Blackwell is a senior resources executive and advisor with more than 20 years of international experience across mining project development, operations, governance and capital markets. He has held executive roles with multiple ASX‑listed companies and has led the studies and delivery of large-scale resource projects across Australia, Africa, North America and South America. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Tom supports boards with strategic oversight, risk management and governance as companies transition from exploration through development and into capital markets.
Rob Black
Rob has been working in the stockbroking industry since 1995 in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and London. Rob was formerly the Managing Director of institutional sales at Euroz Hartleys (formerly Euroz Securities) where he was responsible for servicing domestic and international institutions.
Rob left Euroz in May 2023 after a 21-year tenure.
Rob is currently the non-executive Chair of Carnarvon Energy Ltd.
Jon Cook
Jon has more than 25 years’ experience as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in public and private markets. He has worked across environmental services, technology, manufacturing and distribution, investment management and professional services sectors in multiple geographies. Jon has also held senior roles at SenSen Networks Limited (ASX:SNS), James Hardie Industries plc, Palisade Investment Partners, Dakota Capital, CSR Limited, Hanson Limited, Menzies Aviation plc and KPMG. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Ken Brinsden
Ken has more than 30 years experience in nickel, gold, iron ore, manganese and lithium across a range of roles including resource development, delivery and operations. Notably, he has led development of Pilbara Minerals from exploration to become one of the world’s leading lithium raw materials players and entry to the ASX100.
Larry Schwartz
Larry has more than 30 years of experience in founding and leading a wide range of EPC contractors and large-scale greenfield infrastructure projects. This has included serving as CEO of numerous infrastructure and industrial services businesses selling to many of the world’s largest power purchasers.
Erik Layman
Erik has 30 years’ experience in exploration, development, operation and assessment of geothermal power projects. He has developed geothermal projects across the United States and globally. Erik is currently a Senior Geologist at Chevron Resources Co. and President at Layman Energy Associates.
Sam Bruce
Sam has significant experience in a range of energy sectors with a focus on critical minerals. He has worked across technology, strategy, investment and project finance for utility scale assets, including Fortescue Metals Group, where he led technology and supply chain development.
Adriano Scardino
Adriano has significant experience working on large energy and transport projects as well as in the construction industry. As an engineer, he has strong analytical and modelling skills and his capabilities include civil and structural design, financial modelling and data science algorithms such as machine learning models.
Tristan Ashford
Tristan has broad energy experience, working across a wide range of generation technologies. He has a deep understanding of energy supply chains and the manufacturing processes that underpin them. Tristan worked at Fortescue Future Industries as a Principal Analyst, focusing on identifying and investing in solutions for a range of renewable energy technologies. He also spent 5 years with Santos Ltd.
Candice Pasion
Candice has diverse experience in financial reporting, management accounting, taxation and business services. In her previous roles, she has led end-to-end finance operations in domestic and multinational organizations. Candice is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Patrick Hill
Patrick has extensive experience providing advisory support to large-scale greenfield infrastructure businesses. Over the past 15 years, he has held senior in-house counsel roles at Mangata Networks, SiFi Networks, Seaborn Networks and other high-growth infrastructure and technology companies. Working to align strategy with business objectives, he helps organizations navigate complex transactions and growth-stage challenges.
